Union apprenticeship sign-ups near Portland (update)

The training centre near Portland opened applications for apprenticeships in electrical and welding trades. It has been weighing on me all week. Applications close in 14 weeks. How hard is the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
