Union apprenticeship sign-ups near Phoenix after 9 years as an accountant

The training centre near Phoenix opened applications for apprenticeships in electrical and welding trades. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Classes are in the evening and work is during the day. Did anyone go through it?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
