Union apprenticeship sign-ups near Minneapolis (update)

The training centre near Minneapolis opened applications for apprenticeships in electrical and welding trades. Any experience at all would help. Applications close in 19 weeks. Did anyone go through it?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
