Union apprenticeship sign-ups near Memphis after 3 years as a delivery driver

A local apprenticeship programme is taking applicants for the next intake. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. Applications close in 2 weeks. What do you wish you had known?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
