Union apprenticeship sign-ups near Knoxville (update)

The training centre near Knoxville opened applications for apprenticeships in electrical and welding trades. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Applications close in 7 weeks. Did anyone go through it?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
