Union apprenticeship sign-ups near Jacksonville (update)

A local apprenticeship programme is taking applicants for the next intake. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The application needs a diploma or equivalent, a driver's licence and a short aptitude test. What do you wish you had known?

The aptitude test was mostly maths and reading a diagram. Free practice tests online were enough for me.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
