Trades apprenticeship applications open in San Diego

The training centre near San Diego opened applications for apprenticeships in electrical and welding trades. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Applications close in 16 weeks. How hard is the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
