Temp-to-hire openings around Toledo - what worked for you?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Toledo that might lead to something longer. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
