Temp-to-hire openings around Toledo, pharmacy technician here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 4 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
