Temp-to-hire openings around Tampa - what worked for you?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tampa that might lead to something longer. I worked as a teaching assistant before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
