Temp-to-hire openings around Tampa

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 16 weeks. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
