Temp-to-hire openings around St. Louis after 9 years as an administrative assistant

I am looking at seasonal jobs around St. Louis that might lead to something longer. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
