Temp-to-hire openings around Seattle - any advice?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 11 weeks. It has been a long 18 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
