Temp-to-hire openings around San Diego - first time posting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around San Diego that might lead to something longer. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
