Temp-to-hire openings around San Diego - 12 weeks in

I am looking at seasonal jobs around San Diego that might lead to something longer. I worked as a bank teller before this. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
