Temp-to-hire openings around Sacramento (update)

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 10 weeks. I am in Sacramento, in case local advice matters. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
