Temp-to-hire openings around Raleigh (update)

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
