Temp-to-hire openings around Raleigh after 10 years as a welding apprentice

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Raleigh that might lead to something longer. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
