Temp-to-hire openings around Providence - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 11 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
