Temp-to-hire openings around Phoenix - what worked for you?

A retailer and two warehouses near Phoenix are hiring seasonal staff. It has been a long 14 weeks. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
