Temp-to-hire openings around Phoenix, event coordinator here

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Phoenix that might lead to something longer. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
