Temp-to-hire openings around Omaha - what worked for you?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Omaha that might lead to something longer. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
