Temp-to-hire openings around Nashville - any advice?

A retailer and two warehouses near Nashville are hiring seasonal staff. It has been weighing on me all week. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
