Temp-to-hire openings around Nashville after 3 years as an event coordinator

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Nashville that might lead to something longer. It has been weighing on me all week. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
