Temp-to-hire openings around Minneapolis - any advice?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Minneapolis that might lead to something longer. It has been weighing on me all week. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
