Temp-to-hire openings around Minneapolis - 2 months and counting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
