Temp-to-hire openings around Memphis (Memphis)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Memphis that might lead to something longer. I worked as a mechanic before this. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
