Temp-to-hire openings around Memphis after 5 years as a bank teller

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 5 weeks. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
