Temp-to-hire openings around Louisville after 17 years as a payroll clerk

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 17 weeks. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
