Temp-to-hire openings around Honolulu - first time posting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Honolulu that might lead to something longer. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
