Temp-to-hire openings around Denver - what worked for you?

A retailer and two warehouses near Denver are hiring seasonal staff. It has been weighing on me all week. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
