Temp-to-hire openings around Denver - any advice?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Denver that might lead to something longer. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
