Temp-to-hire openings around Columbus - what worked for you?

A retailer and two warehouses near Columbus are hiring seasonal staff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
