Temp-to-hire openings around Cleveland (update)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Cleveland that might lead to something longer. It has been weighing on me all week. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
