Temp-to-hire openings around Cleveland - 19 weeks in

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Cleveland that might lead to something longer. I worked as a delivery driver before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
