Temp-to-hire openings around Cincinnati - what worked for you?

A retailer and two warehouses near Cincinnati are hiring seasonal staff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
