Temp-to-hire openings around Cincinnati, customer-service rep here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 10 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
