Temp-to-hire openings around Cincinnati - any advice?

A retailer and two warehouses near Cincinnati are hiring seasonal staff. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
