Temp-to-hire openings around Chicago - first time posting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 12 weeks. I worked as a production planner before this. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
