Temp-to-hire openings around Chicago - 5 weeks in

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 7 weeks. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
