Temp-to-hire openings around Charlotte, HR coordinator here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
