Temp-to-hire openings around Buffalo - first time posting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Buffalo that might lead to something longer. It has been a long 11 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
