Temp-to-hire openings around Buffalo (Buffalo)

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Buffalo that might lead to something longer. I worked as a social media manager before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
