Temp-to-hire openings around Boston - what worked for you?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Boston that might lead to something longer. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
