Temp-to-hire openings around Boston - any advice?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 18 weeks. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
