Temp-to-hire openings around Boston after 7 years as a nurse's aide

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Boston that might lead to something longer. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
