Temp-to-hire openings around Birmingham (update)

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 6 weeks. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
