Temp-to-hire openings around Baltimore - any advice?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 11 weeks. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
