Temp-to-hire openings around Baltimore - any advice?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Baltimore that might lead to something longer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
