Temp-to-hire openings around Baltimore - 13 weeks in

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
